Step 15: Darken the initial sloping line on top of the head for the first part of the reindeer antler the Grinch puts on Max's head. At the end of the line, draw a small, oval-like shape for the sawed-off tip of the antler. Add another sloping line on top to make the front part of the antler thicker. Draw a long, curved line over the head for the middle part of the antler. This line should be parallel to the other initial guide line. Curve the line up to create a branch on the reindeer antler. At the end of this short line, draw a small oval for the sawed-off tip. Make the branch thicker.
Step 16: Darken the initial line on the top, right side of the head for more of Max's reindeer antler. At the top, add a couple of short lines that angle to the right for another branch. Add an oval at the tip. Darken the tip of the guide and add a curved line on the left side to make the antler thicker. Draw a couple of short lines on the top, right side of Max's head for the string that holds the antler. On top of the antler, draw a couple of angular shapes and a short, wavy line for the knot on the string.
Step 17: Use the angled line on the lower, left side of the body as a guide to draw Max's front leg. Follow the path of the guide and lightly sketch the shape of the leg around it. Curve the shape for the joints. Make the foot long. Darken the lines when you get the shape right. Add small lines on the foot's tip for the toes.
Step 18: Use the angled line on the right as a guide to draw the hind leg the same way. Draw the shape of the leg around the guide. Make the foot long and add a couple of curved lines at the tip for Max's toes.
Step 19: Use the front leg as a template to draw the visible part of Max's other front leg. Only the front part is visible. Do the same thing with the other hind leg to the right.
