To draw the loot Llama from Fortnite step by step, follow the step-by-step drawings below. The new lines in each step are shown in red, and each step is explained in the text below the photo, so you'll know exactly what to draw in each step. Take your time and draw at your own pace.

 

Intro: Start off with a pencil sketch. In the beginning stages, don’t press down too hard. Use light, smooth strokes for sketching.

 

 

Step 1: Draw a small, square-like shape (a trapezoid) near the top of the paper as a guide for the loot llama's head. The trapezoid should be taller than it is wide, and the top part should be narrower than the bottom.

 

Step 2: On the left side, draw another trapezoid as a guide for the loot llama pinata's muzzle. The top line should be sloping, the side should be straight and vertical, and the bottom should be short and horizontal.

Step 3: On top of loot llama's head, draw two short, vertical lines as guides for the piñata's ears.

 

Step 4: Below this Fortnite character's head, draw two long, curved lines as guides for the neck. The line on the left should be wavy, while the line on the right should just curve a bit. Pay attention to their lengths in relation to the loot llama pinata's head.

Step 5: Below the neck, draw a long, rectangular shape as a guide for the top part of the llama's body. The neck will be blocking the right side of this shape, so only draw the visible section.

Step 6: Complete the shape of the loot llama's body by first drawing three long, vertical lines. At the bottom, close off the pinata's shape using two more lines.

 

Step 7: Under the loot llama's body, draw four short, sloping lines as guides for the Fortnite pinata's legs.

That's it for the guides! For the next steps, use darker lines for a more defined drawing of this Fortnite character.

 

Step 8: Inside the head, near the top, right side, draw a small oval for the loot llama's eye. Inside the eye, near the left side, draw a dot for the pupil.

Step 9: On top of the head, draw two thin, curved arcs around the initial guides for the Fornite llama's ears. Darken the guides to create the ear openings.

Step 10: Inside the shape of the muzzle, draw a rectangle-like shape for the bridle on the llama piñata's muzzle. The shape should be on the left side of muzzle, and the top part should bend to the right. On the bottom, draw a tiny circle inside a small circle for the bit.

 

Step 11: To the right of the bridle, draw a small square for the front of the loot llama's muzzle. Inside the square, draw two thick, vertical lines for the llama's nostrils. Add a line at the bottom that connects the nose to the bit.

Step 12: To the right of the bit, draw a couple of small, rectangular shapes for the Fortnite loot llama's lower jaw. Above the jaw, draw a couple of even smaller rectangles for the llama's teeth.

 

Step 13: Use the top part of the initial shapes as guide to draw the top part of the llama pinata's head. The top of the head basically consists of two sloping lines from the ears to the bridle. Darken the left edge of the guide for the back of the loot llama's head.

Step 14: Below the eye, draw a sloping rectangular shape as a guide of the other strap on the bridle. Add a couple of lines at the bottom to finish the shape of the Fortnite loot llama's head.

Step 15: Darken the initial lines to create the shape of the Fortnite llama piñata's neck. In the middle of the neck, draw another curved line to make the neck blockier and more three-dimensional.

 

Step 16: To the left of the loot llama's neck, draw a series of rectangular shapes for the top part of the saddle. The main shapes should be long, but they should fit within the boundaries of the initial guides. Below the main shapes, draw two smaller, square-like shapes and add a couple of lines inside for the pinata's hinges.

Step 17: Inside the body, near the left edge, draw a long, rectangular shape for the side of the loot llama's saddle. At the bottom, draw a small arc with an even smaller, thinner arc inside for the lock.

 

Step 18: Inside the side of the Fortnite loot llama's saddle, draw a smaller rectangle but don't overlap the hinges or the lock. Inside that rectangle, draw an arrow using a few angled lines.

Step 19: Darken the initial guide lines to create the shape of loot llama pinata's body. Don't overlap the saddle and make the lines a bit curvier.

Step 20: To the left of the body, draw a couple of curved lines for the Fortnite loot llama's tail. The piñata body will be blocking most of the llama's tail, so only draw the visible section.

 

Step 21: Use the lines under the body, on the right side, as guides to draw the front legs. Follow the path of the guides and draw the thin shapes of loot llama's legs around them. The tops should be slightly thicker than the bottoms. At the bottom, draw a small line to indicate the llama's hooves.

Step 22: Use the remaining lines on the left side as guides to draw the Fortnite loot llama's hind legs the same way. Draw the shapes of the legs around the guides and add the llama's hooves at the bottom.

 

Step 23: Inside the body, draw a series of small L-shaped lines to indicate the strips of decorative paper hanging from the pinata's body. You don't have to draw every single strip of paper — just draw a few to indicate the texture.

Step 24: For a more finished look for your Fortnite loot llama pinata, carefully draw over the final sketch lines with a pen or marker.

Step 25: After inking your Fortnite loot llama piñata, get rid of every pencil mark with an eraser.

Final Step: Color your Fortnite loot llama pinata drawing using color pencils, markers or crayons! Use pink for the llama's head, the top of the neck and for a stripe at the top and bottom of the body. Add a light blue stripe to the middle of the neck and body. Don't overlap the saddle. Use blue or a final stripe on the pinata's neck and body. Color the legs blue too and the hooves dark brown. Color the bridle and the arrow on the saddle dark brown too. The main part of the saddle should be brown, and the inner section of the side of the saddle should be light brown. Now you have a completed drawing of a Fortnite loot llama pinata!
