To draw Marshmello from Fortnite step by step, follow along with the drawings below. The new lines in each step are shown in red, and each step is explained in the text below the photo, so you'll know exactly what to draw in each step. Take your time and draw at your own pace.

 

Intro: Start off with a pencil sketch. In the beginning stages, don’t press down too hard. Use light, smooth strokes for sketching.

 

 

Step 1: Draw two vertical lines as guides for the sides of Marshmello's head. Tilt the lines to the right slightly so that the head is also tilted.

 

Step 2: Draw a horizontal line at the top and bottom of Marshmello's head to create a square. Notice how the lines slope so that the entire square tilts to the right.

Step 3: Inside the square, draw two intersecting lines as construction guides. These lines will help you place Marshmello's face later. The resulting shape should be similar to a window.

 

That's it for the guides! For the next steps, use darker lines for a more defined drawing of this Fortnite character.

Step 4: Slightly above the horizontal construction line, draw two m-shaped lines for the top portions of Marshmello's eyes. Place the eyes on either side of the vertical construction guide. The lines should look similar to the top of a heart.

Step 5: Now add the bottom portion of Marshmello's eyes by drawing two big w-shaped lines. Use the construction lines as guides to help you determine how low to place these lines.

 

Step 6: Draw a long, curved, horizontal line for the top part of this Fortnite character's mouth in the area between the eyes and the bottom of the square. Pay attention to how Marshmello's mouth slopes to the right to follow the lower edge of the initial square.

Step 7: Add a second curved line at the bottom for the rest of Marshmello's mouth. This line should almost touch the lower edge of the initial square.

 

Step 8: Darken the top and bottom of the initial square but make the lines curvier. Follow the slopes of the guides to make Marshmello's head tilt.

Step 9: Darken the lines on the sides to finish the shape of Marshmello's head. At the top, draw another curved line for the front of this Fortnite character's head.

Step 10: For a more finished look for your Fortnite character, carefully go over the final sketch lines with a pen or marker.

Step 11: After inking Marshmello from Fortnite, get rid of every pencil mark with an eraser.

Final Step: Color your Marshmello drawing using color pencils, markers or crayons! Use black for the eyes and mouth. Add a bit of gray at the top and sides to create some shadows and highlights.
