Step 15: Darken the line on the left side of the body for the first part of Leni's arm. Add a second curved line next to it to make the shape a bit thicker. Leni has skinny arms, so don't make the shape too thick. Draw the shape of the fist inside the initial circle at the bottom. Darken the right side of the circle and inside, draw a series of short, curved lines for the curved fingers.

Step 16: Draw a long, vertical line to the left of the head for the back of Leni's hair. Along the bottom, draw a series of thin arcs for the edges of the hair. Add some lines on the right side of the body too.

Step 17: Darken the rectangular shape under the head to create the main part of Leni Loud's dress. Along the top, right side, draw a couple of small, curved lines for the chest. Along the bottom edge of the dress, draw a series of small arcs for frill.

Step 18: Use the shapes on the lower, left side as guides to draw Leni's first leg and foot. Lightly sketch the shape of the leg around the initial vertical line. Make the top part skinny and the bottom wide. When you get the shape right, darken the line. Inside the oval at the bottom, draw three smaller ovals to create the big bow on the flip-flops. Add a curved, horizontal line along the bottom for the flip-flop's sole. To the left, draw a couple of short, curved lines for the toes.

Step 19: Use the shapes on the right as guides to draw Leni's other leg and foot the same way. Lightly sketch the shape of the leg around the guide. Make the bottom part wider than the top. When you get the shape right, darken the line. At the bottom, draw the bow inside the guide using a series of ovals. Draw the sole at the bottom and the toes on the right side.
