Step 15: Use the angled line on the left side of the torso as a guide to draw Dracula's first arm. Follow the path of the guide and lightly sketch the shape of the arm around it. Make the top part wide and the bottom narrow. When you get the shape right, darken the lines. The forearm should be wide and the wrist thin. Use the small circle as a guide to draw the fist. The fist should fit in the circle. The sides should be flat. Add a couple of curved lines at the bottom for the fingers of this Hotel Transylvania character.
Step 16: Use the shapes on the right of the torso as guide to draw Dracula's other arm the same way. Draw the shape of the thick arm around the guide. At the bottom, draw the visible portion of the vampire's fist.
Step 17: Draw a couple of curved lines over the shoulders for the top part of Dracula's cape that drapes over them. The line on the right should be shorter. Under the cape, draw a small, V-shaped line for the top of the vest. Below that, draw a vertical line and an angled line at the bottom for the rest of Dracula's vest.
Step 18: Draw a couple of curved lines at the top for Dracs's bow tie. Draw the vest's lapels at the top too. Add a few small circles in the vest for buttons. At the bottom of the vest, draw a series of short, horizontal lines for the cummerbund.
Step 19: Darken the left side of the shape at the bottom for Dracula's first pant leg. Darken the small, triangular shape for the first shoe. Draw a small, angled line at the bottom for the heel.
