Step 17: For a more finished, inked look, carefully draw over the final sketch lines with a pen or marker. Wait for the ink to dry, and then get rid of every pencil mark with an eraser. Step 18: For a completely finished drawing of The Count, you have to color it. You can use markers, color pencils or even crayons! Color The Count's hair, eyebrows, inside of his mouth, beard and tuxedo collar black. His face is a light violet. Color the inside of the monocle light blue for a glassy feel. His tongue and top part of his sash is red. The bottom part of his sash is yellow, and his cape's collar is dark green. That's it! You now have a completed drawing of The Count from Sesame Street.
