Step 6: Inside the head triangle on the left side, draw a shape similar to half a crescent moon to as a basic construction guide for Phineas' smile. Just inside the right side of the head triangle, draw a backwards C shape. This will be Phineas' ear.
Step 7: That's it for the initial sketch of Phineas from Disney Channel's Phineas and Ferb cartoon! You have the basic Phineas shape, so now you will go in and tighten your drawing. When learning how to draw this Phineas and Ferb character from this point on, press harder with your pencil in order to get darker lines and a more defined sketch.
Step 8: Start by tightening the shape of Phineas' eyes, but make sure to not darken the part of the left eye that is behind the right eye or Phineas' head. Draw a small oval in the right eye and a half oval in his left for his pupils. Near the top left of each of these shapes, draw in two small circles to represent the glare in his eyes. Two small crescent moons floating above his eyes make his eyebrows.
Step 9: When you darken in the shape of Phineas' head, taper in the left side of the triangle toward the mouth shape and the right side of his head toward the ear shape. Round out the upper right and bottom corner of his head triangle (leave his nose pointy). Darken Phineas' ear and draw in a number three within to indicate the inside of his ear.
Step 10: Now learn how to draw this Phineas and Ferb character's mouth. Darken the shape of Phineas' mouth and draw his upper and lower sets of teeth. Draw a small curve inside for his tongue and a line from his upper set of teeth to his lower set to indicate the other side of his mouth.
