To draw this Easter Bunny step by step, follow along with the step-by-step drawings below. The new lines in each step are shown in red, and each step is explained in the text below the photo, so you'll know exactly what to draw in each step. Take your time and draw at your own pace.

Intro: Start off with a pencil sketch. In the beginning stages, don’t press down too hard. Use light, smooth strokes for sketching so that it's easy to erase if you make a mistake.

Step 1: Draw two shapes as guides for the Easter Bunny's's head and body. The top shape for the head should be similar to an oval with a wider, flatter bottom. The bottom shape for the body should also be oval-like but even wider and flatter than the head. The head should be longer than the body.

Step 2: Inside the head, draw two lines as construction guides to help you place the Easter Bunny's facial features later on. Place the curved, horizontal line close to the bottom edge of the head. Place the vertical line to the left of the center of the circle. On the left side of the body draw an egg shape. This shape should be like an oval but thinner at the top. The shape of the egg should overlap a big part of the body.

That's it for the guides! For the next steps, use darker lines for a more defined drawing of the Easter Bunny.

Step 3: Inside the head, on top of the horizontal construction line, draw two round shapes for the Bunny's eyes. Place the eyes on either side of the vertical line. Make the tops of the eyes narrower than the bottoms. Shade in the eyes but leave a couple of tiny circles blank for highlights. Draw a couple of small angled lines wehre the construction guides intersect for the nose and mouth. The nose should be similar to the letter V and the mouth to the letter W.

Step 4: On top of the head, draw a tall arc for the Easter Bunny's first ear. Make the tip of the arc pointy. Inside the ear, draw a long, curved line for the ear's opening. Under the head, draw a U-shaped line for the arm. Make sure the tip of the arm overlaps the egg. On the bottom, right side of the body, draw a small oval for the foot. Add a couple of short, curved lines to the arm and foot for the digits.

Step 5: On top of the head, draw another arc with a pointy tip for the Bunny's other ear. This ear is facing away from the viewer, so don't draw the inside. Below the ear, draw a couple of short, curved lines for fur. Now draw the final shape of the Bunny's head along the basic path of the initial guide lines. Curve the left side of the head more than the initial guide to create the cheek.

Step 6: Darken the big guide at the bottom to create the final shape of the Easter Bunny's body. On the left side of the egg, draw a couple of short, curved lines for the visible section of the other arm and leg. On the bottom, right side of the body, draw a shape that's made up of small, curved lines for the fluffy tail.

Step 7: Go over the final sketch lines with a pen, marker or any other type of permanent ink. Take your time and be careful when you ink to avoid any accidents. After the ink dries, get rid of every pencil mark with an eraser for a cleaner drawing of the Easter Bunny.

Final Step: Color your drawing using colored pencils, markers, crayons or anything else! You can color your drawing however you'd like. For a white rabbit like this one, just use a bit of gray to create shadows. Use a bit of pink to the ears, nose and cheeks. Add a design of your choice to the egg and color it. Use wavy or zig-zag lines and different shapes and colors. That's it! You know how a finished drawing of an Easter Bunny.
