Step 20: Draw a few short, curved lines at the top of the line on the right for the feathery base of the other leg. Darken the initial line for the first part of this leg. Draw a second line to the right to make the shape of the leg thick. Make the bottom of the leg wide. Draw Daffy Duck's foot along the path of the triangular guide. Make the right side wavy for the webbed toes.
Step 21: Darken the initial lines under Daffy Duck's head to create his neck. Draw a couple of short, curved, horizontal lines within the shape for the design on the neck. Darken the right side of the rectangular guide but make the line wavier for the first part of the body. Inside, near the top, draw a short, curved, vertical line for the chest. Darken the left edge of the rectangular guide. Add a few short, curved, spike-like shapes on the lower, left side of the body for the visible part of Daffy's tail.
Step 22: Go over the final sketch lines with a pen, marker or any other type of permanent ink. Take your time and be careful when you ink to avoid any accidents. After the ink dries, get rid of every pencil mark with an eraser for a cleaner drawing.
Final Step: Color your Daffy Duck drawing using colored pencils, markers or crayons! Use black for the entire body, except for the beak, the feet and the neck design. Leave a thin area along the lines inside the body blank to emphasize the line work against the black color. Use yellow-orange for the beak and feet.
